Gua Sha

Its main purpose is to release the skin's surface of the pathogens that are lodged in deeply. The pathogens go out in the form of small red dots. The color of the Sha depends on the constitution, nature and severity of the pathology. It often appears as a light red, purple-ish or dark mark on the skin.
The sensation is similar to a standard massages technique, and can vary in strength.
